Warranty Terms & Condition
All of DOLCE Ultra supersonic & WaterFloss set comes with one year warranty, valid from the date of purchase and expiring at the end of this period. A valid proof of purchase is required.
Warranty Terms & Conditions:
- If any defect due to faulty materials & workmanship occurs within this One Year of warranty, DOLCE will repair or replace the product at its own expenses.
- Your warranty only covers issues arising when the product is handled properly for its intended use and is used in accordance with the instructional manual.
- The warranty is not valid if a defect is due to damage caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance or if the person not authorized by DOLCE has carried out alternation or repair.
- Certain exclusions thus apply, including (but not limited to):
- Discoloring of toothbrush body
- Disassembling and reassembling battery pack
- Use of non DOLCE branded brush heads
- Consumer need to keep the Original Box to claim the warranty.
Warranty Claim Process
In order to Claim your DOLCE product warranty:
- Please go to DOLCE website & login to your account
- Please click CHAT icon to initiate your request for warranty claim
- Please follow the instruction given by Customers Service Agent
- Place your item back in its original DOLCE box & post to us (DOLCE HQ) along with the warranty card
- Delivery fee is to be covered by our customer.
Please note:
- Once we’ve received and inspected your device, our customer service team will let you know if it meets our warranty T&C
- All the warranty claim will process within 5-7 business days.
- DOLCE is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our HQ. Please retain your courier service receipt and tracking no. as proof of return.
30 Days Money Back/ Satisfactory Guarantee
All DOLCE Ultra supersonic & WaterFloss set comes with a 30 Days Money Back/ Satisfactory Guarantee from the purchase date, ensuring you a full refund if you are not satisfied with the product.
In order to send your DOLCE product back to us:
- Please go to DOLCE website & login to your account
- Please click CHAT icon to initiate your request for return & refund
- Please follow the instruction given by Customers Service Agent
- Place your item (including accessories, manual etc) back in its original DOLCE box & post to us (DOLCE HQ) along with the Money Back Guarantee Form
- Delivery fee is to be covered by our customer.

- Must be within 30 days
- Stains or damages on product/ packaging will not be accepted.
- Must be in original packaging
- Must provide original receipt
Shipping Policy
- For Dolce products, we offer free shipping for order above RM150 throughout Malaysia and free shipping for order above RM600 outside Malaysia
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days (processing time does not include weekends and holidays).
- All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.
- General shipping will take up to 3-5 business days (peninsular Malaysia) to arrive, 7-10 business days (East Malaysia) to arrive, 2-3 weeks for international shipping (varies according to country).
- Be sure to provide us with a complete shipping address as we cannot be responsible for customer-entered shipping address that may be incorrect or incomplete. Items returned for this reason will not be eligible for a refund.
- Please note that you are responsible for postage on your return order, pre-paid labels are not provided. We strongly recommend sending your order through any method that provides you for a tracking number.
*Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:
- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.
- The order is pending a credit approval and verification.
- A product is currently out of stock.
- An order which requires customization.
- An order is shipped to the remote country.
